SHIPPING POLICY
All our products ship within 3 - 5 business days once order has been placed. When your order has been placed we then begin crafting your special gift and ship when ready.

All Made To Order products like the Mexican Taza Candles are hand poured the same day your order has been placed. In order to successfully create your beautiful taza candle the process will take up 3 days. We then ship out your candle.

During hot weather conditions, all MADE TO ORDER candle orders that are placed Wed-Friday will be shipped first thing Monday mornings. We do this for the safety of your delicate candle.

Once the shipping carrier receives your products and depending on where your products are being shipped it may take up to 3-5 business days. Please take into consideration that holidays are around the corner which may take more time.
We do offer free local pick-up so that you can skip shipping rates.

Return & Exchange Policy
If any of your item/s arrive broken or in bad condition please contact us immediately so we can help with your order. We can gladly send you another gift or offer you a refund if item/s arrive to your home broken. We must receive proof of shattered/bad conditioned item/s within the first 10 days you first received your product/s.
